Simon Slåttvik (24 July 1917 – 7 May 2001) was a Norwegian nordic combined skier who competed in the late 1940s and early 1950s. He won gold in individual event at the 1952 Winter Olympics in Oslo. Slåttvik also won bronze in the individual event at the 1950 FIS Nordic World Ski Championships in Lake Placid, New York. He won 14 Norwegian championships and was the first Nordic combined athlete who jumped over 100 m. Slåttvik won the Nordic combined event at the Holmenkollen ski festival three times (1948, 1950, and 1951). For his successes, he was awarded the Holmenkollen medal in 1951. He was born in Valnesfjord, and represented IL Stålkameratene.
